EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING A GIFT
As a part of professional life, every teacher plays dual roles:
- Student – Centric.
- Organisation – Centric

Both these roles, have their own ever-changing challenges and the teachers always strive to justify these roles.
With the introduction of ‘NEP-2020’, emphasis is laid on the concept of ‘Experiential Learning Methodology’.
The teachers are expected to … and … will be required to … deliver, with consideration to this new method of learning.
Although not absolutely new, many of the teachers do find it challenging to adopt this concept and blend it with their current way of teaching. Experiential Learning is found to be highly impactful towards holistic development of a student and with a greater probability of retaining the learnings for future applications.
This methodology adds – on to the current way of teaching incorporated by the teachers.
Experiential learning is not just a “Theory of Learning”; it is also a “Theory of Development”. It provides a philosophy, framework and way of being for teachers who wish to continually learn and develop.
Thereby, it becomes very necessary for the teachers to be aware and abreast about this methodology for the optimum benefit of students and organization, both.
Our workshops focus onto:
