LEARNING BEYOND THE CLASSROOM
First hand experiences provide a learning opportunity which extends beyond the books and classrooms. These learnings play a vital role in holistic growth and development. An individual is usually exposed to hard core occupational skills (hard skills), but it is more important to cement it with ‘soft skills.

What:
The triad of “Thoughts – Feelings – Actions”, work in symphony if engaged in a meaningful experience. ELWs are the simulations of inbound thought processes. Thus, ‘We don’t teach, you learn’.
Why:
The ELWs are action-oriented sessions. Experiences gathered in the workshop enable the individual to explore his strengths and areas of improvement by himself and thereby increasing the possibility of retaining the learnings

- Indoors: (School/College Campus).
- Outdoors: (Resorts/Hotels, Camp sites, Wilderness).
