What:

“Facts – Feelings – Findings – Future”, forms the cycle of experiential learning. We use ‘Outbound’ as a vehicle for experiential learning. ‘Outbound’ simply implies, out of familiar and comfort zone to the unknown and informal settings. Experiences in such settings indulge you to confront problems head-on.

Who:

The ELWs focus on – Self and Teams.

  • Self: It is an individual who undergoes a change and delivers for self or an organization. ELW designed for self-exploration creates a huge scope to understand and identify self. .
  • Team: ELW serves as a good platform for exploration of team dynamics and thereby develop over it. It creates an opportunity to understand existence of an individual in a team and thereby sharing and caring comes naturally.

Where:

  • Conference halls (Resorts/Hotels, Within organizational premises).
  • Outdoors (Camp-sites, Resorts/Hotels, Within organization Premises).
  • Wilderness.
