About Me:

“EXPERIENTIA” IS A BRAIN CHILD OF RUTESH PANDITRAO.

Rutesh is a person with manifold personality

Kind to all, love at heart, balanced at crucial moments, analytical at back of the mind and adventurous by nature. Mountains have always fascinated Rutesh. He finds peace and comfort in the lap of ‘Nature’. The passion for outdoors has led him to a life full of adventures. He enjoys the most difficult tasks and risky situations. Having asked the reason behind such a hobby; he states that this gives an opportunity to explore himself and thereby analyse and enhance own limitations and capacities.

The happy go lucky Rutesh, grew up with the belief that: “Water is a marvellous creation of Nature”.

This very same thought, later went on to become a part of his life. He always nurtured himself with the strong urge and determination for serving the ‘motherland’, and focused towards his career in the Indian Navy. His strong willpower and tough mental stature to face any odd situations, proved as an additional asset for his successful tenure in the Indian Navy.

After serving the nation for 15 long years and having explored and learnt the lessons of life from his experiences there-in, Rutesh then thought of offering it back to society.

"Experientia" is based on this very thought of learning experientially, which is the gist of our life. “Experientia” is a medium for exploration and enhancement. Everyone learns from one’s own experiences.

“Experientia” conducts, interesting and interactive workshops, wherein emphasis is on offering an individual to a variety of experiences. In a healthy and playful environment (atmosphere), one comes across own potentials, and thereby, peeps into his own world of thoughts and emotions. This thought process, apparently enhances an individual’s soft skills and the way of life.

Teachers

EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING A
GIFT

As a part of professional life, every teacher plays dual roles:
  • Student – Centric.
  • Organisation – Centric

Students

LEARNING BEYOND THE CLASSROOM

First hand experiences provide a learning opportunity which extends beyond the books and classrooms. These learnings play a vital role in holistic growth and development. An individual is usually exposed to hard core occupational skills (hard skills), but it is more important to cement it with ‘soft skills.
